Inner diameter 1.04 mm, G18. The Micron-S tip has a short tapered end for targeted material application.

Additional features and use

Vieweg Micron-S precision dispensing needle with Luer-Lock thread and a thin-walled tapered cannula with a very smooth inner surface (phosphor bronze, uncoated). The design improves material flow, reduces the required pressure and enables repeatable dispensing of very small dots and fine beads. Uncoated phosphor bronze is the all-round version for common media.

The larger 1.04 mm (Gauge 18) inner diameter handles thicker media – solder and thermal pastes, sealants and silicones – with higher flow at lower pressure.

For an even finer deposit the same range offers G19 (0.86 mm, peach); this is the largest size in the range. The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
