Vieweg Micron-S precision dispensing needle with Luer-Lock thread and a thin-walled tapered cannula with a very smooth inner surface (nickel silver, precision micro-orifice). The design improves material flow, reduces the required pressure and enables repeatable dispensing of very small dots and fine beads. The precision micro-orifice is intended for the smallest shots, where every hundredth of a millimetre counts.

With an inner diameter of 0.11 mm this is one of the finest sizes available, producing micro-dots of thin media such as oils, solvents or low-viscosity UV adhesives.

For a finer deposit choose 0.06 mm (yellow) from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose 0.16 mm (blue). The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
