Additional features and use

Vieweg Micron-S precision dispensing needle with Luer-Lock thread and a thin-walled tapered cannula with a very smooth inner surface (nickel silver, precision micro-orifice). The design improves material flow, reduces the required pressure and enables repeatable dispensing of very small dots and fine beads. The precision micro-orifice is intended for the smallest shots, where every hundredth of a millimetre counts.

The 0.16 mm inner diameter is made for micro-dispensing – tiny dots and fine lines of thin media such as oils, solvents and low-viscosity cyanoacrylate or UV adhesives.

For an even finer deposit the same range offers 0.11 mm (orange); this is the largest size in the range. The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
