    Vieweg 501913 – Micron-S dispensing tip, Ø 0.56 mm, G23, purple – PTFE coating

    Inner diameter 0.56 mm, G23. The Micron-S tip has a short tapered end for targeted material application.

    Additional features and use

    Vieweg Micron-S precision dispensing needle with Luer-Lock thread and a thin-walled tapered cannula with a very smooth inner surface (phosphor bronze with nickel-PTFE coating). The design improves material flow, reduces the required pressure and enables repeatable dispensing of very small dots and fine beads. The nickel-PTFE coating reduces adhesion of the medium to the tip for a clean break-off.

    The 0.56 mm (Gauge 23) inner diameter is one of the most widely used sizes – suitable for solder paste, SMT and epoxy adhesives and medium-viscosity silicones.

    This is the finest size in the range; for higher flow choose G21 (0.61 mm, light blue). The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
