    Additional features and use

    Flexible Vieweg polypropylene dispensing needle with Luer-Lock thread. The flexible cannula can be bent to the required angle, reaches awkward spots and will not scratch sensitive surfaces.

    The 0.41 mm (Gauge 22) inner diameter is a versatile choice for precise dots and thin beads – flux, medium-thin adhesives and fine-pitch solder paste on smaller pads. The standard 12.7 mm (1/2") length is a good compromise between tip stability and a clear view of the dispensing point.

    For a finer deposit choose G25 (0.25 mm, red) from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose G20 (0.58 mm, pink). The same bore is also available in 38.1 mm length. The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
