    Vieweg 508122 – PTFE-lined dispensing tip, Ø 0.25 mm, G25, L12.7 mm, red

    Inner diameter 0.25 mm, nominal capillary length 12.7 mm, G25. A PTFE liner runs through the metal capillary and projects beyond its end.

    Additional features and use

    Vieweg dispensing needle with a PTFE-lined cannula and Luer-Lock thread. The PTFE lining prevents material from sticking and curing inside the needle – ideal for cyanoacrylate (instant) adhesives.

    A 0.25 mm (Gauge 25) bore is the right choice where a small, well-defined dot is needed: flux, conformal coatings, thin adhesives and placement of small SMD parts. The standard 12.7 mm (1/2") length is a good compromise between tip stability and a clear view of the dispensing point.

    This is the finest size in the range; for higher flow choose G24 (0.30 mm, pink). The same bore is also available in 25.4 mm length. The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
