    Vieweg 500910 – PTFE-lined dispensing tip, Ø 0.25 mm, G25, L25.4 mm, red

    Inner diameter 0.25 mm, nominal capillary length 25.4 mm, G25. A PTFE liner runs through the metal capillary and projects beyond its end.

    Additional features and use

    Vieweg dispensing needle with a PTFE-lined cannula and Luer-Lock thread. The PTFE lining prevents material from sticking and curing inside the needle – ideal for cyanoacrylate (instant) adhesives.

    The 0.25 mm (Gauge 25) inner diameter is a fine size for small dots and narrow beads – typically flux, coatings, low-viscosity adhesives or small SMD components. The longer 25.4 mm (1") cannula reaches between taller components, into grooves and around edges.

    This is the finest size in the range; for higher flow choose G24 (0.30 mm, pink). The same bore is also available in 12.7 mm length. The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
