Inner diameter 0.30 mm, nominal capillary length 12.7 mm, G24. A PTFE liner runs through the metal capillary and projects beyond its end.

Additional features and use

Vieweg dispensing needle with a PTFE-lined cannula and Luer-Lock thread. The PTFE lining prevents material from sticking and curing inside the needle – ideal for cyanoacrylate (instant) adhesives.

The 0.30 mm (Gauge 24) inner diameter is a versatile choice for precise dots and thin beads – flux, medium-thin adhesives and fine-pitch solder paste on smaller pads. The standard 12.7 mm (1/2") length is a good compromise between tip stability and a clear view of the dispensing point.

For a finer deposit choose G25 (0.25 mm, red) from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose G21 (0.50 mm, grey). The same bore is also available in 25.4 mm length. The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
