    Vieweg 508148 – PTFE-lined dispensing tip, Ø 0.50 mm, G21, L12.7 mm, grey

    Additional features and use

    Vieweg dispensing needle with a PTFE-lined cannula and Luer-Lock thread. The PTFE lining prevents material from sticking and curing inside the needle – ideal for cyanoacrylate (instant) adhesives.

    A 0.50 mm (Gauge 21) bore is a proven workhorse size for solder pastes, epoxies, SMT adhesives and silicones, producing a continuous bead without breaks. The standard 12.7 mm (1/2") length is a good compromise between tip stability and a clear view of the dispensing point.

    For an even finer deposit the same range offers G24 (0.30 mm, pink); this is the largest size in the range. The same bore is also available in 25.4 mm length. The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
