    Vieweg 501328 – PTFE-lined dispensing tip, Ø 0.50 mm, G21, L25.4 mm, grey

    Inner diameter 0.50 mm, nominal capillary length 25.4 mm, G21. A PTFE liner runs through the metal capillary and projects beyond its end.

    Additional features and use

    Vieweg dispensing needle with a PTFE-lined cannula and Luer-Lock thread. The PTFE lining prevents material from sticking and curing inside the needle – ideal for cyanoacrylate (instant) adhesives.

    The 0.50 mm (Gauge 21) inner diameter is one of the most widely used sizes – suitable for solder paste, SMT and epoxy adhesives and medium-viscosity silicones. The longer 25.4 mm (1") cannula reaches between taller components, into grooves and around edges.

    For an even finer deposit the same range offers G24 (0.30 mm, pink); this is the largest size in the range. The same bore is also available in 12.7 mm length. The Luer-Lock thread fits standard dispensing cartridges and syringes from 3 to 55 ml as well as dispensing valves with this connection.
