Detailed information

Product detailed description

Dispensing needle, 45° bent, Ø 0.21 mm, L 12.7 mm, Gauge 27, transparent

Metal dispensing needle with a cannula bent at 45° for manual and digital dispensing systems. The bend makes hard-to-reach spots easier to access and keeps the tip in view. Suitable for EPA workplaces according to IEC 61340-5-1.

A 0.21 mm (Gauge 27) bore is the right choice where a small, well-defined dot is needed: flux, conformal coatings, thin adhesives and placement of small SMD parts. The standard 12.7 mm (1/2") length is a good compromise between tip stability and a clear view of the dispensing point.

For a finer deposit choose G30 (0.16 mm, lavender) from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose G25 (0.26 mm, red).

Sold in packs of 50 – the price is for the whole pack.
