Metal dispensing needle with a cannula bent at 45° for manual and digital dispensing systems. The bend makes hard-to-reach spots easier to access and keeps the tip in view. Suitable for EPA workplaces according to IEC 61340-5-1.
The 0.26 mm (Gauge 25) inner diameter is a fine size for small dots and narrow beads – typically flux, coatings, low-viscosity adhesives or small SMD components. The standard 12.7 mm (1/2") length is a good compromise between tip stability and a clear view of the dispensing point.
For a finer deposit choose G27 (0.21 mm, transparent) from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose G23 (0.34 mm, orange).
