Metal dispensing needle with a cannula bent at 45° for manual and digital dispensing systems. The bend makes hard-to-reach spots easier to access and keeps the tip in view. Suitable for EPA workplaces according to IEC 61340-5-1.
The 0.41 mm (Gauge 22) inner diameter is a versatile choice for precise dots and thin beads – flux, medium-thin adhesives and fine-pitch solder paste on smaller pads. The standard 12.7 mm (1/2") length is a good compromise between tip stability and a clear view of the dispensing point.
For a finer deposit choose G23 (0.34 mm, orange) from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose G21 (0.51 mm, purple).
