Metal dispensing needle with a cannula bent at 45° for manual and digital dispensing systems. The bend makes hard-to-reach spots easier to access and keeps the tip in view. Suitable for EPA workplaces according to IEC 61340-5-1.
A 0.51 mm (Gauge 21) bore is a proven workhorse size for solder pastes, epoxies, SMT adhesives and silicones, producing a continuous bead without breaks. The standard 12.7 mm (1/2") length is a good compromise between tip stability and a clear view of the dispensing point.
For a finer deposit choose G22 (0.41 mm, blue) from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose G20 (0.6 mm, pink).
