Straight metal dispensing needle for manual and digital dispensing systems. The straight cannula gives direct access to the dispensing point and allows precise dot placement. Suitable for EPA workplaces according to IEC 61340-5-1.
With an inner diameter of 0.11 mm (Gauge 32) this is one of the finest sizes available, producing micro-dots of thin media such as oils, solvents or low-viscosity UV adhesives. The short 6.35 mm (1/4") cannula keeps the tip close to the hub, making it very stable with the lowest flow resistance – ideal for precise dot placement on a flat board.
This is the finest size in the range; for higher flow choose G30 (0.16 mm, lavender).
