Straight metal dispensing needle for manual and digital dispensing systems. The straight cannula gives direct access to the dispensing point and allows precise dot placement. Suitable for EPA workplaces according to IEC 61340-5-1.
The 0.21 mm (Gauge 27) inner diameter is a fine size for small dots and narrow beads – typically flux, coatings, low-viscosity adhesives or small SMD components. The standard 12.7 mm (1/2") length is a good compromise between tip stability and a clear view of the dispensing point.
For a finer deposit choose G30 (0.16 mm, lavender) from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose G25 (0.26 mm, red). The same bore is also available in 6.35 mm length.
