    Dispensing needle, straight, Ø 0.26 mm, L 25.4 mm, Gauge 25, red

    Straight metal dispensing needle for manual and digital dispensing systems. The straight cannula gives direct access to the dispensing point and allows precise dot placement. Suitable for EPA workplaces according to IEC 61340-5-1.

    A 0.26 mm (Gauge 25) bore is the right choice where a small, well-defined dot is needed: flux, conformal coatings, thin adhesives and placement of small SMD parts. The longer 25.4 mm (1") cannula reaches between taller components, into grooves and around edges.

    This is the finest size in the range; for higher flow choose G23 (0.34 mm, orange). The same bore is also available in 6.35 mm, 12.7 mm and 38.1 mm lengths.

    Sold in packs of 50 – the price is for the whole pack.
