Straight metal dispensing needle for manual and digital dispensing systems. The straight cannula gives direct access to the dispensing point and allows precise dot placement. Suitable for EPA workplaces according to IEC 61340-5-1.
The 0.34 mm (Gauge 23) inner diameter is a versatile choice for precise dots and thin beads – flux, medium-thin adhesives and fine-pitch solder paste on smaller pads. The long 38.1 mm (1 1/2") cannula is designed for deep holes, cavities and hard-to-reach spots in assemblies.
For a finer deposit choose G25 (0.26 mm, red) from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose G22 (0.41 mm, blue). The same bore is also available in 6.35 mm, 12.7 mm and 25.4 mm lengths.
