Straight metal dispensing needle for manual and digital dispensing systems. The straight cannula gives direct access to the dispensing point and allows precise dot placement. Suitable for EPA workplaces according to IEC 61340-5-1.
A 0.41 mm (Gauge 22) bore offers a good balance of precision and flow: it handles flux, medium-viscosity adhesives and fine-grain solder paste. The long 38.1 mm (1 1/2") cannula is designed for deep holes, cavities and hard-to-reach spots in assemblies.
For a finer deposit choose G23 (0.34 mm, orange) from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose G21 (0.51 mm, purple). The same bore is also available in 6.35 mm, 12.7 mm and 25.4 mm lengths.
