    Dispensing needle, straight, Ø 0.51 mm, L 6.35 mm, Gauge 21, purple

    Straight metal dispensing needle for manual and digital dispensing systems. The straight cannula gives direct access to the dispensing point and allows precise dot placement. Suitable for EPA workplaces according to IEC 61340-5-1.

    A 0.51 mm (Gauge 21) bore is a proven workhorse size for solder pastes, epoxies, SMT adhesives and silicones, producing a continuous bead without breaks. The short 6.35 mm (1/4") cannula keeps the tip close to the hub, making it very stable with the lowest flow resistance – ideal for precise dot placement on a flat board.

    For a finer deposit choose G22 (0.41 mm, blue) from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose G20 (0.6 mm, pink). The same bore is also available in 12.7 mm, 25.4 mm and 38.1 mm lengths.

    Sold in packs of 50 – the price is for the whole pack.
