Straight metal dispensing needle for manual and digital dispensing systems. The straight cannula gives direct access to the dispensing point and allows precise dot placement. Suitable for EPA workplaces according to IEC 61340-5-1.
A 0.6 mm (Gauge 20) bore is a proven workhorse size for solder pastes, epoxies, SMT adhesives and silicones, producing a continuous bead without breaks. The long 38.1 mm (1 1/2") cannula is designed for deep holes, cavities and hard-to-reach spots in assemblies.
For a finer deposit choose G21 (0.51 mm, purple) from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose G18 (0.84 mm, green). The same bore is also available in 6.35 mm, 12.7 mm and 25.4 mm lengths.
