Straight metal dispensing needle for manual and digital dispensing systems. The straight cannula gives direct access to the dispensing point and allows precise dot placement. Suitable for EPA workplaces according to IEC 61340-5-1.
A 1.19 mm (Gauge 16) bore suits thick and filled materials – sealing compounds, greases, thermal pastes and potting compounds – as well as larger shots. The long 38.1 mm (1 1/2") cannula is designed for deep holes, cavities and hard-to-reach spots in assemblies.
For a finer deposit choose G18 (0.84 mm, green) from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose G15 (1.37 mm, amber). The same bore is also available in 12.7 mm and 25.4 mm lengths.
