Straight metal dispensing needle for manual and digital dispensing systems. The straight cannula gives direct access to the dispensing point and allows precise dot placement. Suitable for EPA workplaces according to IEC 61340-5-1.
The large 1.6 mm (Gauge 14) inner diameter is designed for high-viscosity materials and larger volumes – sealants, potting compounds, greases or thermal pastes. The long 38.1 mm (1 1/2") cannula is designed for deep holes, cavities and hard-to-reach spots in assemblies.
For an even finer deposit the same range offers G15 (1.37 mm, amber); this is the largest size in the range. The same bore is also available in 6.35 mm, 12.7 mm and 25.4 mm lengths.
