Straight metal dispensing needle for manual and digital dispensing systems. The straight cannula gives direct access to the dispensing point and allows precise dot placement. Suitable for EPA workplaces according to IEC 61340-5-1.
With an inner diameter of 0.16 mm (Gauge 30) this is one of the finest sizes available, producing micro-dots of thin media such as oils, solvents or low-viscosity UV adhesives. The standard 12.7 mm (1/2") length is a good compromise between tip stability and a clear view of the dispensing point.
This is the finest size in the range; for higher flow choose G27 (0.21 mm, transparent). The same bore is also available in 6.35 mm length.
