Dispensing needle, straight metal, 0.26 mm, G25, L12.7 mm, red
Straight metal dispensing needle for manual and digital dispensing systems. The straight cannula gives direct access to the dispensing point and allows precise dot placement. Suitable for EPA workplaces according to IEC 61340-5-1.
A 0.26 mm (Gauge 25) bore is the right choice where a small, well-defined dot is needed: flux, conformal coatings, thin adhesives and placement of small SMD parts. The standard 12.7 mm (1/2") length is a good compromise between tip stability and a clear view of the dispensing point.
For a finer deposit choose G27 (0.21 mm, transparent) from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose G23 (0.34 mm, orange). The same bore is also available in 6.35 mm, 25.4 mm and 38.1 mm lengths.
