Straight metal dispensing needle for manual and digital dispensing systems. The straight cannula gives direct access to the dispensing point and allows precise dot placement. Suitable for EPA workplaces according to IEC 61340-5-1.
The 0.26 mm (Gauge 25) inner diameter is a fine size for small dots and narrow beads – typically flux, coatings, low-viscosity adhesives or small SMD components. The short 6.35 mm (1/4") cannula keeps the tip close to the hub, making it very stable with the lowest flow resistance – ideal for precise dot placement on a flat board.
For a finer deposit choose G27 (0.21 mm, transparent) from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose G23 (0.34 mm, orange). The same bore is also available in 12.7 mm, 25.4 mm and 38.1 mm lengths.
