    Dispensing needle, straight metal, 0.84 mm, G18, L38.1 mm, green

    Straight metal dispensing needle for manual and digital dispensing systems. The straight cannula gives direct access to the dispensing point and allows precise dot placement. Suitable for EPA workplaces according to IEC 61340-5-1.

    The larger 0.84 mm (Gauge 18) inner diameter handles thicker media – solder and thermal pastes, sealants and silicones – with higher flow at lower pressure. The long 38.1 mm (1 1/2") cannula is designed for deep holes, cavities and hard-to-reach spots in assemblies.

    For a finer deposit choose G20 (0.6 mm, pink) from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose G16 (1.19 mm, grey). The same bore is also available in 6.35 mm, 12.7 mm and 25.4 mm lengths.

    Sold in packs of 50 – the price is for the whole pack.
