    Dispensing needle, straight metal, 0.84 mm, G18, L6.35 mm, green

    Straight metal dispensing needle for manual and digital dispensing systems. The straight cannula gives direct access to the dispensing point and allows precise dot placement. Suitable for EPA workplaces according to IEC 61340-5-1.

    The larger 0.84 mm (Gauge 18) inner diameter handles thicker media – solder and thermal pastes, sealants and silicones – with higher flow at lower pressure. The short 6.35 mm (1/4") cannula keeps the tip close to the hub, making it very stable with the lowest flow resistance – ideal for precise dot placement on a flat board.

    For a finer deposit choose G20 (0.6 mm, pink) from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose G14 (1.6 mm, olive). The same bore is also available in 12.7 mm, 25.4 mm and 38.1 mm lengths.

    Sold in packs of 50 – the price is for the whole pack.
