    Dispensing needle, straight metal, 1.19 mm, G16, L12.7 mm, grey

    Straight metal dispensing needle for manual and digital dispensing systems. The straight cannula gives direct access to the dispensing point and allows precise dot placement. Suitable for EPA workplaces according to IEC 61340-5-1.

    The large 1.19 mm (Gauge 16) inner diameter is designed for high-viscosity materials and larger volumes – sealants, potting compounds, greases or thermal pastes. The standard 12.7 mm (1/2") length is a good compromise between tip stability and a clear view of the dispensing point.

    For a finer deposit choose G18 (0.84 mm, green) from the same range; for thicker media or higher flow choose G15 (1.37 mm, amber). The same bore is also available in 25.4 mm and 38.1 mm lengths.

    Sold in packs of 50 – the price is for the whole pack.
