    ESD floor cleaner R1000 – 10 l

    ESD floor cleaner R1000 (Dr. Schutz) is a universal maintenance and mopping product based on water-soluble surfactants and care components. It cleans and maintains in a single step and is gentle on both conductive and dissipative materials — ideal for maintaining antistatic floors in EPA areas.

    Features

    • Suitable for use in scrubber driers
    • Suitable for maintenance cleaning of sports floors

    Suitable substrates

    PVC / LVT, linoleum, epoxy resin floors, PU levelling coatings, rubber, sealed and oiled wooden floors, stone floors and conductive ESD floors.

    Use and dosage

    • Maintenance cleaning: dilution 1:200 (50 ml per 10 l of water), mop damp and allow to dry
    • Scrubber driers with suction: dilution 1:400 (25 ml per 10 l of water)
    • Initial treatment of heavily used areas: dilution 1:10 (1 l per 10 l of water); once dry, compact the film with a single-disc machine or polishing brush

    Consumption

    • Maintenance cleaning: 0.1 litre per 100 m²
    • Initial treatment: 1 litre per 50 m²

    Storage

    Store cool and dry, out of reach of children. 10 l concentrate container.

    Note: repeated overdosing can increase surface smoothness and reduce anti-slip properties. Occasional deep cleaning removes worn protective films and accumulated soil.
