    QUICK NK3127 Hot Air Nozzle

    Nozzle for QFP packages with 17.5 × 17.5 mm body covers LQFP-64 and similar microcontrollers and DSP processors with 64 leads and 0.5 mm pitch – extended version of popular STM32F1/F4 and PIC32 in LQFP-64 package. Symmetrical heating from four sides eliminates the temperature gradient that causes uneven solder melting and package deformation. The shaped NK nozzle encloses leads from all four sides for even heating.
