QUICK NK3129 Hot Air Nozzle

Nozzle for QFP packages with 28×28 mm body – the dimension matches LQFP-100 (0.5 mm pitch), TQFP-128 and similarly large FPGAs or DSP processors in QFP form. The larger frame opening requires higher airflow to maintain even temperature around the perimeter, so use it on high-power stations (TR1300, 855PG). The shaped NK nozzle encloses IC leads from all four sides.
