QUICK NK3184 Hot Air Nozzle

Rectangular nozzle 18×8 mm is precisely dimensioned for SOJ memory packages (Small Outline J-lead) 300 mil wide, typically DRAM and SRAM with 28–32 leads in J-lead form. Air is directed under J-lead pins along both longer package sides for simultaneous solder melting on all leads – safe memory removal without bending the leads.
