Largest standard frame QFP nozzle of the NK series with 42.5×42.5 mm dimension. Covers LQFP-208, TQFP-208 and PQFP-208 packages – large FPGAs (Xilinx XC3000, Spartan-II), modern DSPs and communication processors with 200+ leads. We recommend PCB preheating with this nozzle due to high thermal capacity.
