QUICK NK3264 Hot Air Nozzle

Large frame nozzle 40×40 mm for QFP packages with 40×40 mm body – PQFP-208 and LQFP-200 processors, extensive ASICs and network controllers in QFP form. When reworking such large packages, PCB preheating is essential as the thermal capacity of 200+ lead QFPs requires longer heating time, otherwise the motherboard may warp or delaminate.
