    ESD antistatic flooring installation — turnkey, professional

    We deliver complete installation of antistatic (ESD) floors in EPA areas, cleanrooms, production halls, warehouses, laboratories and server rooms. Over 20 years of experience with ESD floors, guaranteed compliance with IEC 61340-5-1 and full construction documentation included.

    What the service includes

    • Consultation and site survey — substrate analysis, ESD requirements review and preliminary quote
    • Substrate preparation — grinding, self-levelling compound, drying and cleaning
    • Antistatic primer application
    • Conductive grid (earthing) — copper strips connected to the building earth point
    • Floor installation — your selected ESD system (PVC rolls/tiles, puzzle, conductive coating)
    • Seam welding with ESD cord, edge sealing
    • Resistance measurement per EN 61340-4-1 — Rg (to ground) and Rp-p (point-to-point)

    • Point-to-point resistance (Rp-p): ≤ 1 × 10⁹ Ω
    • Operator body voltage (walking test): ≤ 100 V
