    Metcal Dispensing cartridge, 10 ccm

    The cartridge (barrel) is a reservoir for the dispensed medium – solder paste, flux, adhesive and other liquids and pastes. It forms the basis of a dispensing system: together with a piston, adapter and dispensing needle it enables accurate, clean and repeatable application of a precisely measured amount.

    10 cm³ is the most widely used size for manual and pneumatic dispensing in electronics and maintenance.

    From the same Metcal system: Metcal Cartridge cap; Metcal Piston with sealing lip, 10 cm³.
