QUICK 7610 infrared BGA rework system

QUICK 7610 uses a lower infrared preheater and an upper IR emitter. Temperature is monitored by a non-contact IR sensor, with an external thermocouple connection available. Temperature profiles can be configured and stored on a computer, and the PCB is cooled in a controlled manner after processing. An adjustable PCB work frame is included.
