    ESD Coordinator Training (5 hours)

    Educational course in the field of antistatic for future ESD coordinators. Participants will become familiar with the ESD topic, learn why this issue should not be underestimated and what to avoid. The course ends with a test, after which the graduate receives a certificate.

    Course duration: 5 hours · Minimum participants: 3 persons

    Course Outline

    1. Why Antistatic – general, electronics, legislation
    2. Antistatic Theory – formation and dissipation of electrostatic charges, effects of static electricity in the electronics industry, surface resistance values and requirements
    3. Antistatic Workplace – marking, component protection, workstation equipment, EPA construction, personnel and audits
    4. Working with ECS – principles for handling electrostatic-sensitive components, handling, packaging and storage
    5. Practical Demonstration On-Site – equipment, measurement demonstration, improvement suggestions
