Original JBC soldering tips for JBC stations and handpieces. Choose by series (C245, C210, C115, C105, C470 and more) or by compatible handpiece using the filter.
JBC C115101: conical tip Ø 0.1 mm. The conical end provides point contact with an individual solder joint. For JBC tools NT115, NP115, AN115, B.NANO, B.TWEEZERS.
JBC C115103: conical tip Ø 0.3 mm. The conical end provides point contact with an individual solder joint. For JBC tools NT115, NP115, AN115, B.NANO, B.TWEEZERS.
JBC C115106: conical tip Ø 0.5 mm. The conical end provides point contact with an individual solder joint. For JBC tools NT115, NP115, AN115, B.NANO, B.TWEEZERS.
JBC C115107: conical tip Ø 0.8 mm. The conical end provides point contact with an individual solder joint. For JBC tools NT115, NP115, AN115, B.NANO, B.TWEEZERS.
JBC C115108: chisel tip 0.6 × 0.3 mm. The flat end can contact a solder pad along its edge or across its broader face. For JBC tools NT115, NP115, AN115, B.NANO, B.TWEEZERS.
JBC C115112: knife tip 2.5 × 0.3 mm. The knife profile combines a narrow edge with an elongated soldering face. For JBC tools NT115, NP115, AN115, B.NANO, B.TWEEZERS.
JBC C115113: chisel tip 1 × 0.3 mm. The flat end can contact a solder pad along its edge or across its broader face. For JBC tools NT115, NP115, AN115, B.NANO, B.TWEEZERS.
JBC C115114: chisel tip 1.8 × 0.5 mm. The flat end can contact a solder pad along its edge or across its broader face. For JBC tools NT115, NP115, AN115, B.NANO, B.TWEEZERS.
JBC C115115: coating removal tip 1 mm. The tip removes coatings during electronics rework. It is not intended for soldering. For JBC tools NT115, B.NANO.
JBC C115116: chisel tip 0.2 × 0.1 mm. The flat end can contact a solder pad along its edge or across its broader face. For JBC tools NT115, NP115, AN115, B.NANO, B.TWEEZERS.
JBC C115117: chisel tip 0.4 × 0.2 mm. The flat end can contact a solder pad along its edge or across its broader face. For JBC tools NT115, NP115, AN115, B.NANO, B.TWEEZERS.
JBC C115120: knife tip 1 × 0.2 mm. The knife profile combines a narrow edge with an elongated soldering face. For JBC tools NT115, NP115, AN115, B.NANO, B.TWEEZERS.
JBC C115125: chisel tip 1 × 0.2 mm. The flat end can contact a solder pad along its edge or across its broader face. For JBC tools NT115, NP115, AN115, B.NANO, B.TWEEZERS.
The performance of a soldering station depends not only on the unit itself but also on the quality of the tip. Original JBC soldering tips are engineered for optimal heat transfer, high precision and long service life, even in intensive industrial use. Thanks to JBC's patented heating system, energy is transferred to the solder joint very quickly, which shortens soldering time, improves joint quality and minimises thermal stress on electronic components.
How to choose a JBC tip? First identify your handpiece – the tip series must match it (for example, C245 tips fit the T245 handpiece, C210 the T210, C115 the NT115 and C470 the T470). Then select the shape and size for the joint: conical and fine tips for SMT and micro soldering, chisels and blades for larger areas, and special tips for desoldering, connectors and plastics.
The range includes more than 500 tips and accessories, including desoldering tips and nozzles. The tips belong to soldering stations from JBC. Need help choosing? Contact us.
